We will deliver throughout the territory of Latvia at least 2-5 working days after receipt of the invoice payment. The service includes a delivery date agreed with the recipient and advance notice of delivery. Deliveries selected by courier to an address are delivered on working days between 08:00 and 17:00. The recipient must be available at the address during these times.

When you enter the required order details, you will be offered the option to pay by credit card or online banking. By entering your credit card, debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) or other required details and confirming the payment, the order amount is automatically reserved. All payments made in the FOREST FRIENDS, Ltd. online shop are secure and the full protection of the payer's data is guaranteed.

The contract becomes effective upon successful payment to the online shop's bank account. If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be informed and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after notification.
