Return of goods
The Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (CPRL) and the regulating Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No.255 "Regulations on Distance Contract" (Cabinet Regulation No.255) state that the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the goods purchased in the online shop to the seller.
To be eligible for return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received it. The product must be in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal. The buyer is liable for any diminution in the value of the goods if the goods have been used in a manner incompatible with the principle of good faith, including use for purposes other than ascertaining the nature or performance of the goods. The goods must be undamaged, not have lost their appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn, etc.) and not have been used. (Article 12(6) of the CPR)
Opened complementary feed/feed packages are not accepted for return. If the goods are not complete, damaged, disorderly or not properly packed, the Seller has the right not to accept the goods and not to refund the money paid by the Buyer for the goods.
The right to return the goods shall be in the following cases:
The goods delivered do not correspond to the goods ordered.
The goods delivered are defective.
In the cases referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2, the buyer must inform the seller without undue delay of his wish to return the goods. The buyer must send a notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal, in free form, to the following e-mail address: [email protected]
In the event that the return is made for the reasons set out in paragraphs 1 and 2, the shop shall offer the buyer a new product or another product.
In the event that the buyer does not want another product, the amount paid for the product shall be refunded.
Damage caused by natural conditions will not be refunded.
Refund
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the goods.
If the request is approved, a refund will be issued within 10 working days,
Exchanges
We are only prepared to exchange goods if they are faulty or damaged or do not correspond to the goods ordered. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at: [email protected].
Return of goods:
The cost of returning the goods is at the buyer's expense.
